Steven and Winess Chisale
Steven and Winess Chisale represent the Bible Based Marriage ministry in Mzuzu, Malawi. They have 3 children.
Steven was ordained as a full-time minister in 1996, and planted a Church in the city of Mzuzu this same year. He is currently overseeing 9 local churches
Steven is also a national Youth Director.
Winess was trained as a Nursery School Teacher and she is currently running a Kindergarten School. She is also a trained Sunday School teacher, and at the church she spends much time with the children.
Vision
Reaching the lost souls through personal evangelism, and equip the saints that the Lord has entrusted us with the Gospel as we accomplish the great commission.
Training the married couples in the way the bible says so that they have a healthy marriage, and they should have a reason to glorify God.
To set a good example in our marriage.
Challenges
Reaching the churches regularly is a problem due to transport limitation.
Leadership and Marriage training materials such as books and funds for conducting seminars is a problem.
As church is growing, workers are few.
Many churches that we are planting are lacking a church building. This is a hindrance to the church growth, especially during rain and cold seasons people do not go church due to lack of shelter.
